Color laser all in one systems quickly and easily allow people to scan, copy, and print from the same machine. These machines have become quite popular and the costs of obtaining one have gone down considerably as well.
I’ve purchased many different all in one printer systems over the years and have found some to be great and other to be less than average. Also I’ve found that some brands do better in certain aspects while others excel in other aspects. For instance, one printer I had printed flawlessly but had scanning issues.
These days I know what to look for when purchasing new color laser all in one systems. I’ve found that to do any large copy or scan jobs, I need to have a document feeder. It is just too time consuming to manually place a four or five page document on the glass.
In addition to this, I know that I need a machine that will come out of sleep mode quickly. I do not use the printer every day and I do not want to wait to print my documents. This is especially true when I realize at the last minute I need to print something out for a meeting. Its nice to know that my printer won’t waste five to ten minutes of my time warming up.
The best color laser all in one systems.
I’ve found that the best all in one printer for people looking for a color laser all in one system is either the Canon or Epson. Their color quality is far superior than the color quality of their competition. They are also both quite reliable and both offer many models with document feeders.
The new Epson models even have extra high capacity ink cartridges that cut down on the amount of replacements you need to do. While this may not save you much money, it will save you time. Who can’t use some extra time in their day?
Canon makes excellent all in one laser printers and makes color prints and copies. The only downside is that it can be a little tricky to operate. Sometimes some of their instruction manuals can be very large and if what you are looking for is buried in a two hundred page manual, you can waste some time finding it.
I’ve had experience with both of these brands and have found both of them to be superior to all of the other brands on the market. All things considered, I’d say that if you are looking for a color laser all in one system then you should take a look at the Canon or Epson.
