The ability to print, copy, scan, and fax from one machine is a real blessing. It cuts down on office clutter and gives you the ability to easily run everything right from your computer. You’ll also find that it cuts down on the number of surge protectors you need to purchase.

I don’t have any office staff other than myself and I still find that the wireless option comes in handy for when I want to print something off of my laptop.
The costs of some of the best all in one printer systems can vary dramatically. I’d suggest visiting Amazon and making your purchase there. Also be sure to buy your replacement ink or toner on Amazon as you will save a fortune.
Some good Cannon models to check out are the Canon PIXMA MX870 and the Canon PIXMA MP560. These are very good small color laser all in one systems machines and are the best all in one printer systems for anybody looking to print promotional materials or business proposals.
High quality black and white Brother models to look at are the MFC-7840W and the MFC-7340. These machines print quickly from a cold start so they are great for people like me that aren’t printing all day long.
